About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer/Principal Trainer to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Greenville and Spartanburg. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing state-of-the-art training programs for our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with management and operations to determine training needs and goals
  • Design and develop training programs using various educational media
  • Develop and implement training curriculum, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation
  • Write and edit instructional materials, such as training guides, tip sheets, and how-to documents
  • Conduct training sessions, including classroom, WebEx, blended, remote, and in-person training
  • Manage training projects, including developing project timelines, identifying milestones, and allocating resources
  • Participate in workflow and system optimization initiatives to improve user expertise
  • Staff the Clinical Service Desk phone line and provide first call resolution for Epic how-to questions
  • Develop scenario-based education, web-based micro learning, and video snippets to increase learner engagement
  • Maintain and update existing e-Learning materials and coordinate with subject matter experts to validate training content
  • Research, gather data, and repurpose existing material to create effective documents and performance support tools
  • Develop and conduct user evaluations to collect data on training effectiveness
  • Capture and document end-user issues to assist in defining, troubleshooting, resolving, and escalating issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university
  • Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
  • Epic Cadence AND ADT experience is highly preferred
  • Epic training build experience preferred

  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service and collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player
  • Knowledge of workflows, computer systems, and software used in functional area, including experience with assigned Epic Applications
  • Desire to cross-train in other functional areas of Epic EHR system
