About This Role:

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Taco Bell, you will be responsible for running organized shifts and executing all administrative duties. You will provide leadership & direction when the RGM is not available, analyze and respond to operation and financial metrics, assist RGM in training team members, and assist RGM in scheduling facility maintenance needs. Additionally, you will have the ability to manage any conflict regarding customers and/or employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run organized shifts and execute all administrative duties.
  • Provide leadership & direction when RGM is not available.
  • Analyze and respond to operation and financial metrics.
  • Assist RGM in training team members.
  • Assist RGM in scheduling facility maintenance needs.
  • Ability to manage any conflict regarding customers and/or employees.

Requirements:
  • Experience at similar establishments like Chick-fil-A, Chipotle Mexican Grill, or Wendy's.
  • Past industry experience that would translate to success in this role, such as Assistant Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Hospitality experience.
