Job Summary

The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing restaurant operations in conjunction with or in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and cash handling.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
