Job Summary

The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing restaurant operations in conjunction with or in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will have experience in staff management, customer service, and financial management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement sales growth initiatives to drive profitable sales growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
