Partners In Home Care is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic leader to oversee the development and operations of our Hospice and Palliative Care program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, with experience in home health, hospice, and palliative care. They will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, including nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, and office staff.

The Director of Hospice and Palliative Care will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for program growth and improved market share
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of budgets for all Hospice and Palliative clinical operations
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
  • Developing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure adherence to best practices in professional and legal standards
  • Leading quality and financial performance initiatives

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners. They will also have a strong understanding of healthcare quality improvement initiatives, data usage, metrics development, and statistical methods.
