This is a full-time Clinical Liaison position in the Inpatient Acute Rehab department at Community Medical Center. Lifepoint Rehabilitation, a leading provider of acute inpatient rehabilitation services, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team.

As a Clinical Liaison, you will interact clearly and professionally with patients and families, gathering additional clinical information and past history. You will conduct thorough patient assessments to identify patients for potential admission into the system and complete detailed Pre-Admission Screens, according to facility policies and procedures.

You will also educate specialized physicians on quality, programs, accreditations, and regulations on inpatient acute rehabilitation and develop educational and community relations plans in consultation with the Program Director, Medical Director, and Nurse Manager.

The ideal candidate will hold a 2-year degree, preferably in a health-related field, and have previous marketing/sales experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as you will be traveling in the community to meet clients.
