We are seeking an experienced HVAC Balancing Specialist to join our team in the Cincinnati, OH area. As a TAB technician, you will be responsible for performing certified testing, adjusting, and balancing of commercial heating, cooling, ventilation, and heat transfer systems.

This is a full-time position with a competitive estimated salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the test & balance (TAB) industry or the mechanical service industry;
  • Mechanical Engineering Technology or other technical degree preferred, but not required;
  • Strong hands-on mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot and build;
  • Excellent math, mechanical, and communication skills;
  • Efficient computer skills;
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 4 weeks per month;
