Key Responsibilities- Establish and build professional relationships with healthcare providers, including community physicians, pharmacists, medical experts, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Engage with customers through various activities, including emerging data discussions, clinical trial activities, and education on disease state and product.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory vision, identifying key stakeholders and opportunities for partnership with academic centers, centers of excellence, and systems of care.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues to advance clinical practice and maintain customer centricity.
- Stay up-to-date with internal policies and external regulations, ensuring compliance with Novartis policies and federal guidelines.
- Graduate degree in science or healthcare required; doctoral degree preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience in a Field Medical position within the pharmaceutical industry or as an MSL is required.
- Strong clinical knowledge, including pharmacotherapy, treatment guidelines, and medical expert engagement strategies.
Novartis offers a competitive salary range of $183,200 - $274,800, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and paid time off benefits.
