Peraton is looking for an AV/VTC Technician to contribute to the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC). This role is essential for delivering Operations and Maintenance services to uphold Network Operations, systems, and network infrastructure for various Special Operations Commands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain VTC equipment effectively.
- Organize and manage multiple VTC sessions.
- Provide technical support for VTCs involving high-profile attendees.
- Advise on enhancements to VTC systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and offer training on VTC equipment usage.
- Some roles may necessitate a flexible work schedule.
- High School diploma with specialized training.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting VTCs within a Government setting.
- Capability to adhere to procedures in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with professionals.
- Mandatory certifications: DoDD IAT II, DoD TS clearance.
