Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced LCSW to provide mental health services to individuals of all ages in a community-based setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of program goals and objectives

Requirements

  • LCSW licensure in the state of North Carolina
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
