Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Turnaround & Restructuring Practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, modeling, and restructuring, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to identify areas of improvement and develop strategic plans for turnaround and restructuring.
  • Collaborate with senior management and clients to assess financial situations and develop solutions.
  • Develop and implement financial models, including 3-statement analysis and 13-week cash flow models.
  • Provide expert advice on financial restructuring, debt and capital restructuring, and distressed M&A.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a top-tier consulting firm.
  • Advanced degree from a top academic institution, with a strong GPA.
  • Experience with financial modeling, including 3-statement analysis and 13-week cash flow models.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work long hours, including weekends, as required by clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and draw conclusions.
What We Offer

Ankura offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $65,000 to $155,000, depending on location and experience. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
