Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily front desk activities, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Assist in scheduling Guest Experience Representatives and ensuring adherence to these schedules.
- Conduct training for staff on guest service protocols and technical duties.
- Handle administrative tasks such as daily reports, financial transactions, and inventory management.
- Act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of senior management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, adhering to company policies.
- Ensure the security of sensitive guest information during transactions.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Proficiency in English is essential.
Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is mandatory; supervisory experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
