Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Orlando, FL. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our transit advertising program, including supervising staff and subcontractors, coordinating installations and removals, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise operations staff and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of our campaigns.
  • Coordinate the installation and removal of advertising graphics, including graphics on buses, bus shelters, and stations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate holds, postings, and removals of advertisements.
  • Provide detailed campaign and market updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Perform regular audits of advertising displays and fixtures to identify and coordinate necessary repairs or actions.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and safe work environment, work sites, and vehicles.
  • Travel to and from worksites throughout the market as needed.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing or directing a team or department.
  • Experience in Out-of-Home/Transit Advertising operations or installations preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and an understanding of how to keep processes moving forward.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to complete physical tasks including walking, standing, kneeling, lifting (over 50 lbs), working on ladders, scaffolds, speaking, hearing, reading, and working with the general public.
