As the Marketing Coordinator for Automatit, you will leverage your expertise to provide marketing support to the operations and marketing teams, ensuring the integrity of data and processes across all departments.

Key Responsibilities...
  • Oversee and manage internal/external customer tasks and requests across all company platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Automatit Dashboard, Trello, Monday, Front, SalesForce).
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients regarding the status of project and task requests.
  • Maintain organization of Front inboxes.
  • Coordinate details for marketing service onboarding.
  • Schedule both reactive and proactive marketing performance reviews between strategists and clients.
  • Arrange marketing kick-off meetings and training sessions with clients.
  • Handle incoming telephone inquiries.
  • Perform accurate and uniform data entry into Automatit's communication systems.
  • Support the Search and Marketing Strategist teams by coordinating tasks and projects.
