Paving Field Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of paving crews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
* Collaborate with other field managers, superintendents, and customers to develop and implement project plans.
* Manage deliveries from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely and safe receipt of materials.
* Provide on-the-job training to crew members and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks.
* Administer accurate and timely documentation for project-related activities, including change orders, time and materials, purchase orders, and daily job control reports.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; continuing education in construction highly desirable.
* Minimum 2 years of construction experience in at least one trade discipline (i.e., excavation, pipe, concrete, or paving) with one or more years of construction supervisory experience preferred.
* OSHA 10 hour certification required.
* Valid driver's license required.
