Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our team and provide tailored solutions to tribal gaming clients, helping them leverage the power of Salesforce to drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with tribal gaming clients.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Salesforce products and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to formulate customized account strategies.
  • Address and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as client retention and revenue growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven track record in account management, preferably within the tribal gaming or hospitality industry.
  • A deep understanding of tribal gaming regulations, industry dynamics, and challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to client locations as required.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
