Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper to provide cleaning and maintenance services at Marriott Anchorage Downtown. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently.

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities.
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all surfaces.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins.
  • Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $42,000-$52,000 based on industry standards and location considerations.
