Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Professional to join our team at My Florida Corp Defunct. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for conducting on-site surveys of healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with federal and state licensure, certification, and inspection of care requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site surveys of healthcare facilities to determine compliance with federal and state licensure, certification, and inspection of care requirements.
  • Implement utilization control functions of Title XVIII and Title XIX programs where applicable.
  • Review and evaluate the quality of care and services provided to clients in the facilities surveyed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of survey responsibilities.
  • Provide consultative services to facilities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Florida.
  • At least 2 years' experience working with residents or patients.
  • Bachelor's degree in science/nursing from an accredited four-year college preferred.
