Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day construction activities
- Coordinate work schedules and assignments
- Identify and resolve issues or conflicts
- Maintain clear communication with the Project Manager
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards and project requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites and vehicles
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- 5-7 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Valid Driver's License
- Physical ability and strength to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions
- Advanced knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety procedures
- Strong leadership and good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
The work environment is often busy, and the noise level can be loud. The employee will need excellent organizational and time and stress management skills to complete the required tasks.
Physical AbilitiesThe employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
