We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. As a NICU Staff RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to NICU patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in unit-based education and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff development.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
