We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our NICU team at Northside Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in our NICU, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to our patients and their families.

About the Role

The Registered Nurse at Northside Hospital will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
  • Less than one year of experience as a registered professional nurse.
  • Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
  • Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS).
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN degree preferred.
  • Other preferred RN attributes are unit specific. Please refer to the specific clinical unit.
