We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our NICU team at Northside Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in our NICU, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to our patients and their families.

About the Role

The Registered Professional Nurse at Northside Hospital will independently plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines. This role requires a strong foundation in clinical knowledge and practice, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established guidelines and standards.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and evidence-based practices.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing.
  • Less than one year of experience as a registered professional nurse.
  • Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
  • Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS).
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN degree.
  • Other preferred RN attributes are unit specific. Please refer to the specific clinical unit.
