We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our NICU team at Northside Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in our NICU, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to our patients and their families.

About the Role

The Registered Professional Nurse at Northside Hospital is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes. Our nurses work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate patient care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia
  • Less than one year of experience as a registered professional nurse
  • Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
  • Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS)
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN degree
  • Other preferred RN attributes are unit specific
