Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and professional support

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years of customer service experience in a corporate or office setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Foundational Microsoft licensing knowledge preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, verbal, and written skills
  • Ability to multitask and effectively balance short-term and long-term priorities
  • Ability to communicate comfortably and professionally with a wide variety of internal and external leadership contacts
