Position Overview: The Director of Premium Services at Aramark Corporation plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the comprehensive premium and catering operations within the organization. This position entails overseeing the Premium and Catering teams, ensuring the seamless execution of catering orders, suite orders, and special events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete catering operations, including the management of event day and game day premium services.
- Facilitate regular departmental meetings to address all operational aspects of Premium Services.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and weekly meetings.
- Mentor and develop team members to support the company’s talent advancement initiatives.
- Ensure meticulous preparation, service, and cleanup for various catering operations.
- Design and implement catering solutions tailored to meet client needs.
- Establish and uphold service and presentation standards across all Premium Services operations.
- Stay informed on current catering trends and advise clients accordingly.
- Assist in the planning and negotiation of contracts for special events.
- Train and lead catering staff to adhere to established standards.
- Set and achieve sales, food, and labor targets for the department.
- Manage catering events of varying sizes, ensuring proper staffing and management.
- Oversee financial reporting related to catering revenue, expenses, and receivables.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
- Proven background in events and catering.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours based on event schedules.
- Completion of Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required.
