Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Development Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Blue Engineering and Consulting, Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of construction documents for private development projects while working in a team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in land development
  • Engineering-in-Training Certification required
  • Professional Engineering Certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of grading, hydraulics, and street design
