Your ResponsibilitiesAs the Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our business operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

- Client Concierge: Facilitate a seamless experience for clients, guiding them through the process from contract to closing while preparing listings for market readiness.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $75,000.
Key Qualifications- Experience in administrative roles, preferably within the real estate sector.

- Proficiency in technology tools, including Google Suite, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters.
- A positive and supportive demeanor, demonstrating integrity and accountability.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
