Real Estate Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Leader to join our team at Keller Williams Realty Augusta Partners. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our real estate office in Augusta, GA, US.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations and accounting, with a proven track record of success in managing multiple tasks and projects efficiently. You will be responsible for compiling EMD and commission logs, depositing funds into escrow accounts, and examining AR to ensure timely payment.
In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with agents and team members. You will also be responsible for supervising and executing gifting programs, maintaining accurate client information in our CRM database, and ensuring timely preparation of celebratory items for client closings.

Responsibilities:
- Compile all EMD and commission logs for Central Accounting
- Deposit all EMDs into escrow accounts
- Deposit funds into Operating Accounts based on Central Accounting data
- Examine AR and follow up on outstanding balances
- Manage all correspondence with agents directly about commissions and the availability of escrow
- Make sure Win-more is updated for all team caps and agent splits, including agents that are managed by CAP
- Acknowledge, approve, scan, and forward AP invoices to Central Accounting for processing
- Upload and scan credit card receipts to the cloud
- Finalization of Four Daily Talks for Region Monthly/Quarterly MLS Updates
- Maintain accurate client information in the CRM database for the real estate office in Braselton, GA, US
- Supervise and execute the gifting programs and thank-you card campaigns
- Ensure timely preparation of celebratory items for client closings
- Keep social media platforms updated with property listings, photos, and videos regularly
- Manage and update the team website to reflect current information
- Coordinate marketing events with clients and partners in the real estate industry
- Assist with incoming calls and route them to the appropriate team member promptly
- Oversee the office systems and supplies including phones, computers, and materials
- Handle payroll processing and conduct employee performance reviews
- Maintain office licenses and ensure compliance with MLS board regulations
- Provide tech classes and support to agents for utilizing KW Tech tools efficiently
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in operations and accounting within the real estate industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with agents and team members
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and empower team members
- Familiarity with office management and payroll procedures, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Strong analytical skills to review AR, make care calls regarding balances, and handle direct communication with agents regarding commissions and escrow availability
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to teach tech classes to agents, keeping them updated with industry advancements
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, such as Facebook, for maintaining office tech and engaging with the real estate community
- A customer-centric approach, dedicated to providing excellent service to agents and clients
- Familiarity with MLS updates and licensing services for agents, ensuring compliance and seamless transactions is a bonus
