Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all sales support activities at the branch, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Train sales staff on sales-related systems, databases, and associated processes, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, including order processing, advising customers of product shortages, expected delivery dates, and price changes.
  • Implement and maintain pricing policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage collections process and maintain overall responsibility for outstanding invoices, driving financial performance.
  • Oversee all Accounts Payable activities within the branch, including expense, inventory, and freight invoices, and debit memos.
  • Prepare reports related to customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, delivery, or service problems, providing valuable insights.
  • Assist customers and suppliers to resolve order problems, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory for the Branch, including day-to-day maintenance of inventory levels through replenishing stock to meet annual turn goals.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
  • Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and five (5) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels of employees.
  • Industry and sales experience preferred, with the ability to perform financial calculations and generate reports.
  • Demonstrated people and leadership skills with a record of achieving positive business results.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects, with a professional, self-motivated attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
