About the Role

Smart Homz is looking for a skilled Office/Project Manager to support our business operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between departments, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating daily activities with Techs in the field
  • Managing inventory and purchasing processes
  • Preparing financial reports and statements
  • Supporting the hiring process for new staff members
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Developing marketing materials and sales collateral
  • Managing social media presence
  • Creating video content and outreach initiatives
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or related fields
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools and software

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $45,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include a flexible schedule, health insurance, and paid time off.
