Part Time Assistant Teacher

This position is responsible for creating a nurturing and educational environment for young children, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional growth. The Assistant Teacher will work closely with the Lead Teacher to develop and implement engaging lesson plans, ensuring a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement daily lesson plans, incorporating various teaching methods and materials
- Provide individualized attention and support to students, addressing their unique needs and abilities
- Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to maintain a positive and organized classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and experiences
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and supply management
- High school diploma or equivalent required; preschool experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
