Brighton Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Device Performance Optimization Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting product validation of products and ensuring that customers using products have quick resolution to recurring hardware and software issues.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 based on location and experience.

We're looking for someone who has strong device debugging skills, including the usage of QXDM, and strong LTE technical skills. As a Device Performance Optimization Engineer, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues for voice and data services, communicating with customers, and escalating issues to management when necessary.

You should have the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. We're looking for someone who is a team player, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering high-quality results.
