We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Coordinator to join our team at Concept Commercial Construction LLC. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Project Manager with sub-contracts, change orders, and submittals.

Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Oversee procurement and initiate project start-up documents, ensuring timely project completions.
  • Sub-Contract Management: Manage sub-contracts and owner change orders, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Administration: Request and review material and shop drawing submittals, assist in project management meetings, and maintain essential project documentation.
  • Support to Project Team: Act as a reliable support to the project team, providing administrative assistance and ensuring seamless project execution.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience as a project coordinator, assistant, or project engineer in the construction industry.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical and Critical Thinking: Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Construction Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction software such as Bluebeam, PDF, and Procore is a plus.
