  • General Contract Review: Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance.
  • Manage Development Projects: Manage development projects for key accounts and product management.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop sales tools and promotional programs.
  • Conduct Customer Meetings: Conduct regular customer meetings and travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience with RF Interconnect Products: Experience with RF interconnect products, coaxial cable, and/or related products is preferred.
  • Familiarity with RF Interconnect Products: Familiarity with RF interconnect products, coaxial cables, and/or related products.
  • Familiarity with Specification/Blueprint Reading: Familiarity with specification/blueprint reading, materials, and process specifications.
  • Highly Motivated and Self-Starting Personality: A highly motivated and self-starting personality with a desire to directly impact the success of the company.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective Communication and Presentation Skills: Effective communication and excellent presentation skills.
  • BS in Engineering or Similar Technical Discipline: A BS in Engineering or similar technical discipline or equivalent experience in RF assemblies.
  • Commercial Business Experience: Commercial business experience is a plus.
  • 3-5 Years' Experience in Electro-Mechanical Design/Manufacturing Environment: 3-5 years' experience in an electro-mechanical design/manufacturing environment is desired.
