Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Associate to join our Commercial Lines Team.

This role is responsible for providing technical assistance and workflow support to the team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting production and account managers with proposals and policy summaries
  • Entering data as required by insurance company automation systems
  • Handling correspondence and clerical processing of accounts, including applications, attachment processes, pre-renewal data collections, and agency management system input

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment. A Property and Casualty license is required after hire, and experience with automated systems and Microsoft Office products is highly desirable.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
