Salary: $24 - $27/ hr with partial differential pay
Overview: As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our facility. Your expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems will be vital in keeping our production equipment running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical and electrical systems on production machinery.
- Identify and address faults and safety hazards promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures effectively.
- Perform maintenance repairs on all types of equipment.
- Provide recommendations for equipment upgrades and replacements.
- Install mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and components.
- Comply with safety and performance standards at all times.
- Complete scheduled Preventive Maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of PLCs and drive systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Willingness to learn about all plant equipment and SCADA system operations.
- Certification in Mechanical or Electrical fields.
- Welding and fabrication skills are essential.
- Previous experience as an Industrial Maintenance Electrician is preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and the National Electrical Code.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- High manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, and lifting.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
