Your Responsibilities:
You will play a crucial role in implementing tailored care plans that address the holistic needs of each client. Your approach will be to treat clients as family, striving to improve their overall well-being.
- Provide exceptional care to clients in their residences
- Assist in executing personalized weekly schedules and care plans
- Perform daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs)
- Offer companionship and engage clients socially and emotionally
- Support personal care activities including hygiene, mobility, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
- Prioritize safety and enjoyment for clients at all times
- Facilitate transportation for appointments as necessary
- Handle administrative tasks such as documenting completed tasks and reporting any changes in clients' conditions

- Higher compensation for experienced caregivers, particularly those with memory care or Hoyer lift experience
