Senior Technologist for Clean Energy Solutions

RER Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technologist to join our team in the Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED). As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of clean energy demonstration projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of innovative energy technology solutions, leveraging industry standards and quality management principles to drive excellence in energy generation.
- Evaluate the reliability and performance of energy systems, applying probabilistic and statistical methods to assess risk and ensure operational safety.
- Provide thought leadership on clean energy plans, strategies, and initiatives, driving business growth and market adoption.
- U.S. Citizenship required to obtain client-issued Public Trust.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in energy generation technology or a closely related field, with a strong track record of professional experience in innovative energy technology assessment and development.
- Experience in clean energy desired.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Attention to detail and fundamental business writing skills.
- Professional engineering license.
- Additional degrees at the Master's or doctoral level.
