About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading insurance sales and marketing organization that is changing the culture and diversity of the industry. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for taking customer calls, providing accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns, and de-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers.
