Job Summary

Best Line Equipment is seeking a skilled Industrial Sales Representative to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets within the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Frequent visits to customer sites and offices to develop relationships, provide equipment recommendations, and offer technical expertise.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to create a steady revenue stream.
  • Promote and sell products and services that require extensive technical support.
  • Collaborate with other sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and our operations, service, and accounts receivable departments.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Develop and maintain a client base in public, private, and government contracts.
  • Furnish high-demand customers with equipment and provide 24-hour service and response.
  • Offer customized invoicing to meet industry needs.
  • Attend sales calls and meetings, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Non-CDL, DOT medical card (or ability to obtain).
  • Ability to use a computer.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work as a team player and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
