Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
  • Welcome and register guests, assigning rooms and accommodating special requests whenever feasible.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of reservation systems and procedures, including cancellations.
  • Efficiently manage guest check-ins and checkouts with professionalism.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and maintain balance at the end of each shift, adhering to company policies.
  • Communicate special requests and late checkouts to the housekeeping team.
  • Receive and relay messages for guests, ensuring clear communication.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and travel directions.
  • Process room charges and payments accurately, following all cash handling protocols.
  • Keep the Front Desk area organized, clean, and safe for guests and staff.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, staff roles, and operational hours.
  • Stay informed about loyalty programs and current promotions.
  • Exhibit proper telephone etiquette and develop familiarity with emergency procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
