Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team at Professional Hospitality Resources, Inc. and Ocean Beach Club LLC. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration and Check-in/Check-out: Handle guest registration and room assignments, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  • Reservation Management: Pre-register, block reservations, and take same-day reservations and future reservations following hotel rate structures, discounts, and sell strategies.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, assist customers with inquiries, and provide information on hotel services, in-house events, directions, local attractions, and more.
  • Inventory Management: Inventory guest room keys according to policy and request re-keying as necessary.
  • Team Support: Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Bell Person, PBX Operator, and Reservationist.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Education or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a hotel or customer relations position.
  • Skills: Ability to communicate in English, type a minimum of 35wpm, and possess excellent customer service skills.
