Key Responsibilities
  • Define NAND Device-Related System Algorithms: Develop and implement complex algorithms to optimize NAND device performance and functionality.
  • Communicate NAND Requirements: Effectively communicate NAND requirements to meet system specifications and ensure seamless integration with other system components.
  • Define ASIC Requirements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define ASIC requirements for upcoming NAND chips and design system algorithms to meet those requirements.
  • Lead Discussion on New NAND Modes: Lead discussions on new NAND modes or operation methods that can differentiate our products and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Architecture and Firmware Team: Work closely with the Architecture and Firmware team to develop detailed implementation and verification plans for NAND system algorithms.
  • Monitor NAND Readiness: Monitor NAND readiness and collaborate with the PE team to develop NAND testing and screening methods.
  • Work with Validation Team: Collaborate with the validation team to develop drive-level testing, debugging, failure analysis, and qualification plans for NAND system algorithms.
  • Prepare and Present Reports: Prepare and present reports detailing the status of development and progress towards project goals.
