Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-performance transistor-level circuits for analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters
  • Supervise design and layout of ICs in advanced CMOS processes
  • Evaluate silicon on bench and characterize ICs
  • Develop and implement analog and digital behavioral models
  • Work with Cadence schematic capture, Virtuoso, Spectre, and HSPICE circuit simulation tools
  • Extract layout parasitics and analyze layout-dependent impairments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in high-performance analog or mixed-signal IC development
  • Familiarity with high-speed, high-resolution analog-to-digital (ADC) or digital-to-analog (DAC) data converter design
  • Strong understanding of transistor-level circuit design, including noise and mismatch analysis
  • Experience with analog and digital behavioral modeling
  • Familiarity with Cadence schematic capture, Virtuoso, Spectre, and HSPICE circuit simulation tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
