Lean Automation Director

Position Summary:

Ryan Specialty is seeking a highly skilled Lean Automation Manager to drive process improvements and automation initiatives across the organization. As a key member of the Business Shared Services team, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of Lean Six Sigma and automation projects to drive business process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on Lean Six Sigma and automation principles.
  • Work with the CIO organization to embed robotics and AI into business processes to optimize outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure process improvements and automation effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a leadership role within Lean and Automation efficiency space.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business process improvements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma and automation tools and technologies.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong project management skills to ensure successful project delivery.

The target salary range for this position is $190,000.00 - $200,000.00 annually. The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
