Main Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers to resolve their insurance-related queries
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs
- Provide expert professional support to our sales team
- Schedule appointments and calls
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them promptly
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused office
- Prior experience in phone-based or in-person customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A courteous and professional demeanor
- Expert attention to detail
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on experience)
- Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
- Customer service experience preferred
