Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Agent to join our team at Summit County Mountain Retreats. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to reservation inquiries and provide guests with relevant information pertaining to their stay
  • Communicate with guests via phone, email, or in-person to ensure their stay goes smoothly
  • Access unit availability to assist guests with new reservations or make changes to existing reservations
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
  • Monitor housekeeping and maintenance service orders and contact the appropriate department when necessary
  • Keep other departments informed of reservations, guest needs, and other relevant information
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to communicate in English required
  • Knowledge of the Summit County area preferred
  • Prior front desk or hospitality experience preferred

  • $21.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience
