Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage in-store traffic and address guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with Territory Managers, District Managers, and Human Resource to ensure seamless operations
  • Attend ongoing paid training to stay up-to-date on the latest sales strategies and techniques
  • Represent Cellular Plus at various outside functions and events

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales and team management
  • Ability to lead a team to meet and exceed sales goals on a consistent basis
  • Ability to build trust and influence others effectively
  • Experience multitasking in a fast-paced work environment

What We Offer

  • Excellent earning potential with a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000
