About the Role



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Healthcare Enrollment Coordinator to join our team. As a member of our enrollment team, you will be responsible for providing expert TRICARE enrollment direction and advice to maximize healthcare delivery to enrolled populations.



You will work closely with Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) to provide assistance with maintenance of MTF enrollment guidelines and timely responses to guideline updates. You will also deliver troubleshooting support for Department of Defense (DoD) systems as it relates to TRICARE enrollment transactions or activities.



The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage large amounts of complex information easily. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.



Required Skills and Qualifications




  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Favorably adjudicated DOD background investigation
  • TRICARE enrollment experience
  • Proven experience in providing excellent and professional customer service
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Annual Base Salary: $47,000 - $60,000
