Job Summary:

We're seeking a Hospital Outcomes Coordinator to drive patient-centered care practices and successful outcomes for our hospital clients. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with hospital staff and internal teams to gain alignment on interactive patient care blueprints.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with nursing staff, hospital administrators, and other key client contacts.
  • Outcomes Achievement: Assist in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve clinical outcomes, advising clients on the roadmap for achieving outcomes using our interactive patient care tools.
  • Training and Education: Deliver and support strong client training programs for assigned facilities and regions, educating hospital staff on system functionality and utilization.
  • Utilization and Monitoring: Drive system utilization through quarterly account review meetings, monitoring daily system use, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations.
  • Project Management: Serve as project manager for development, content, and configuration requests, overseeing prompt resolution of operational issues and complaints.

Requirements:

  • Clinical Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4-6 years military work experience required; clinical experience preferred.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience working within a hospital or other healthcare environment required.
  • Additional Requirements: Occasional travel to our headquarters required; flexibility in schedule needed.

Compensation Package:

The estimated base salary for this position is $65,000-$75,000 annually, plus annual bonus potential.
