We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinician to join our Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT) team at Open Sky Community Services. As a Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered treatment plans to individuals with a dual-diagnosis of mental health and substance use disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of individuals served to identify risk and protective factors.
- Build person-centered relationships with individuals and create treatment plans that align with their goals and strengths.
- Provide short-term therapy and clinical support to individuals served.
- Complete all necessary paperwork from intake to discharge.
- Develop and implement safety plans with individuals served.
- Facilitate and co-facilitate Seeking Safety and other recovery skills clinical groups.
We are looking for a Clinician with a Master's degree in a social services field, experience working with adults with mental health challenges, and a valid driver's license. A competitive compensation model is in place, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
